Cross Country is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and motivate a team of recruiters, develop training programs, and maintain strong relationships with internal business leaders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience and 3+ years of leadership experience within staffing or talent acquisition.

- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- 3+ years of leadership or people management experience within staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, education or other similar discipline preferred
