Belgium onlyWe are currently looking for a Test Automation Specialist to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. The position requires experience in designing, preparing, and monitoring automated tests, as well as contributing to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process.
Requirements
- Design, prepare and monitor automated tests.
- Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process
- Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach.
- Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture.
- Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs.
- Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach.
- Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) to integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with QA team members, providing guidance and support on best practices.
- In-depth understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes.
- Knowledge of test automation technologies, tools and techniques.
- Hands-on experience in the creation of test automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools.
- Experience in the test data management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good redaction skills, experience in preparation of written reports.
- Capability of integration in an international/multi- cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team.
- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments and test automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc) and testing applications in cloud environments in a plus.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects
