As a People Business Partner (HRBP) at Cprime, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives for your client group in the US region. You will collaborate closely with the leadership to drive talent management initiatives, cultivate a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and enable the achievement of business goals.

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all People/HR strategic initiatives, signature practices, policies, and services; lead performance calibration, career development, compensation cycle, succession planning, engagement surveys, and respective action plans.
  • Consult with leaders and team members, anticipating needs in the areas of hiring, development, compensation, communication, engagement, employee relations, and overall change management.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution, understanding the business and the talent pool in detail, and developing specific Talent Strategies that enable business results, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze and interpret various types of People/HR analytics to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions to their client group.
  • Provide timely information and education for all levels on People/HR matters.
  • Collaborate with the global People/HR team on projects and initiatives to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Assist or lead workplace investigations, creating and executing action plans as appropriate.
  • Assist or lead the onboarding of newly acquired entities.
  • Promote our brand and social media presence.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other roles in the function, especially within the region of responsibility.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 7+ years’ of progressive HR experience as an HR generalist and/or business partner supporting senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology, industry regulations, and HR practices, ensuring HR strategies remain current and effective.
  • Proven experience building strong relationships across all levels of past/present organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues specific to the IT professional/consulting services field, such as high turnover rates or skill gaps.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR planning and implementation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and supporting organizational changes inherent in the tech industry, such as restructuring, mergers, or rapid growth.

Educations and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
