IT Application Manager (Banking Solution)

Cosy Hauz, a reputable real estate company, is seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to join our team. As the IT Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our banking solution application, ensuring seamless and secure banking operations for our customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of our banking solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT application management, with specific experience in banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of our banking solution application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful solution integration and functionality
• Monitor the performance and security of the banking solution application, identifying and resolving any issues
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilization of the banking solution application
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our application

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT application management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking solutions and their functionalities
• Experience in implementing and managing banking application systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking applications, such as data protection and security
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
