Continued is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of technical expertise and real-world experience in building and deploying AI-powered systems. The AI Engineer will be responsible for moving models out of a notebook environment and integrating them into a live, scalable, and monitored system.

Requirements

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging AI & Automation
  • Design, develop, and support AI & Automation systems that drive measurable business impact
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure, including frontend interfaces and backend services
  • Create data pipelines and AI model context protocols, potentially leveraging tools like LangChain and semantic search
  • Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of AI platform services
  • Contribute to platform extensibility by authoring SDKs and comprehensive documentation
  • Translate highly technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Stay current with new models, frameworks, and research in the rapidly evolving field of AI/Generative AI
