Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (AU IT Services,Home-based)

Salary: P140,000 to P200,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are required.
• Proven experience implementing and managing marketing campaigns using Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Strong front-end web development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, including building community portals and custom applications.
• Familiarity with database and CRM principles, data manipulation, and segmentation techniques.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.
• Utilize Account Engagement (Pardot) for B2B marketing automation, creating and managing marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive sales.
• Develop and customize user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and emails using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Work with Experience Cloud to build and manage community portals and sites that foster customer interaction and support.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective marketing solutions.
• Ensure the integrity and security of marketing data through best practices in data management and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to marketing processes and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of new features and updates within the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies.
