Salary: P45,000 to P50,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PDT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 2+ years of previous experience in a Credit and Collections role;
- Knowledge of and experience using Excel.
- Proficient in both writing and verbal communication in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work well independently and with the Accounting team.
What will you do?
- Create standard, prepay and portfolio invoices;
- Review contracts and contractual language (including payment terms);
- Communicate effectively with clients and business development staff by email and phone (which can be up to 5 hours per day);
- Send follow-up emails and inquire about outstanding accounts;
- Produce statements and E-statements;
- Manage a high volume of accounts.
- Maintain AR aging, learn assigned primary accounts, and correspond daily through email and the phone to request payment;
- Develop relationships with Business Developers to assist with communication with their clients.
- Send weekly AR aging reports;
- Communicate and collaborate with the sales team to collect outstanding accounts in a timely manner;
- Utilize the collection schedule to send emails and make phone calls to clients regarding payments;
- Assist with submitting monthly client statements;
- Communicate with the Collection Manager when an account is uncollectable and a demand letter should be submitted;
- Communicate weekly with supervisor regarding status of key accounts;
- Perform other tasks as needed and requested by management.
