Software Engineer (EAA)

We are seeking a Software Engineer (EAA) to join the CXAI Engineering team at Coinbase. The team builds the customer-facing and internal CX experiences that connect the Help Center, chatbots (CBCB), and agent workflows. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture and system design. The role will involve building and evolving customer support experiences across web surfaces, implementing AI/LLM-powered capabilities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable AI-powered support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code
• Deep understanding of system design and coding
• Strong technical skills in system design and coding
