We’re currently looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our internal Design team and play a central role in front-end development across the entire Group. This is a pivotal position for maintaining and evolving our shared UI libraries, modernizing our front-end architecture, and providing full maintenance for several Webflow and WordPress websites.

You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other teams to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences.

What you will be doing:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain modern websites for both customers and internal teams
• Implement pixel-perfect layouts based on Figma designs, ensuring performance optimization and usability
• Collaborate with web designers and marketing to bring intuitive, visually appealing interfaces to life
• Contribute to and evolve shared component libraries and design systems
• Help shape the architecture of scalable and reliable front-end systems
• Take ownership of your work from technical planning through to deployment and monitoring
• Support integration of AI-assisted tools for debugging, performance analysis, and rapid prototyping
• Collaborate across departments to align technology with business goals

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development Styling

• Write clean, maintainable HTML/CSS (SASS/SCSS), JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript using modern techniques (Flexbox, Grid, animations, accessibility)
• Develop cross-browser-compatible, high-quality interfaces

Frameworks: Angular React

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Angular (preferably Angular 2+)
• Deep understanding of Angular modules, services, dependency injection, RxJS, and state management (NgRx or similar)

Responsive Mobile Design

• Build responsive layouts and fine-tune adaptive components for seamless multi-device performance

Email Development

• Code responsive HTML emails optimized for Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc., following best practices for deliverability and compatibility

JavaScript (Vanilla) UI Enhancements

• Implement interactive UI elements (e.g., sliders, modals, accordions) using vanilla JavaScript
• Optimize front-end interactivity with minimal dependencies and solid DOM handling

CMS Development: WordPress Webflow

• Customize templates and themes (including Elementor) with a solid grasp of WordPress structure, child themes, and light PHP for performance enhancements

Design Collaboration: Figma to Code

• Translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect front-end layouts, prioritizing performance and usability

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with modern CSS, HTML, and accessibility trends
• Actively collaborate with designers and developers to improve workflow, code quality, and overall site performance

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Comfortable working with modern frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular
• Solid experience with WordPress and Webflow development and customization
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture and front-end best practices
• Experience writing testable, maintainable code (unit, integration, performance)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for debugging and optimization is a plus
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on UI/UX consistency and user behavior
