Demand Generation Manager

CloudQuery is a growing Series A startup in the data space and the creators of the open source high performance ELT framework, powered by Apache Arrow. CloudQuery is powering data movement for SREs, platform, and security teams in Fortune 100. We are looking to hire our first Demand Generation Manager to create and lead our early demand gen efforts and be a foundational member of our marketing team.

Requirements

• Develop and implement campaigns across paid channels (paid search, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) and non-paid channels (SEO, organic social)
• Develop and implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for target customers
• Work with Developer Relations and the rest of the team to promote and extend the reach of content and social media posts
• Design and operationalize marketing nurture campaigns and partner with Sales on rapid follow-up from field marketing events, webinars, and other inbound leads
• Build out email marketing capabilities and campaigns, including lists, targeting, and more
• Continuously evaluate, measure, and report the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
• Drive early marketing operations work with Hubspot and other tooling to analyse, measure, and take action upon campaigns

About You

• 5-6 years of experience in demand generation B2B marketing
• Extensive and successful experience owning and executing a high-cadence of campaigns across different verticals
• Technical proficiency: experience with a SaaS marketing tech stack such as Hubspot, Bizible, Salesforce, Amplitude, Posthog, Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
• Strong communicator with talent to make complex messages compelling and easy to understand
• Detail-oriented, but recognize the need to focus on high value activities over perfection on details
