We’re looking for a Data Annotator to join our dedicated Imunify Email team at CloudLinux. As part of a small, passionate group, you’ll play a key role in building an advanced email protection system designed to safeguard server reputations. 🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Data Annotator, you’ll label and analyze email data to help us improve our filtering accuracy. Your insights will directly contribute to smarter spam detection and a better overall user experience. You’ll also participate in regular brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to refine our systems. More specifically, you will:

• Accurately classify emails as spam or non-spam (ham) based on content.
• Detect trends and common patterns in spam messages.
• Provide thoughtful feedback to maintain high data quality.
• Identify and document issues to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Experience with data annotation or labeling tasks.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail and strong reliability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Fluency in additional languages.
• Comfort working with the command line.
• Basic understanding of the SMTP protocol and its extensions.
