Cloudbeds is seeking a Partner Program Coordinator for a 6+ month contract with possibility for extension. The successful candidate will run the operational engine behind Cloudbeds' global partner ecosystem, ensuring partners are supported, data is precise, and regional stakeholders are aligned. The role will involve managing daily program execution, overseeing commissions and partner payouts, building Salesforce dashboards, and presenting performance updates to leadership and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
- End-to-End Operations: Manage daily program execution, including the tracking and reporting of partner activities.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee commissions, invoice approvals, and partner payouts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Visualization: Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that provide visibility into program performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and regional stakeholders.
- Process Evolution: Support high-priority projects focused on operational scalability and process improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product and more, to ensure partner alignment.
