We're looking for a Partner Program Coordinator for 6+ months contract with possibility for extension. As a Partner Program Coordinator, you will run the operational engine behind our global partner ecosystem, managing daily program execution, financial stewardship, data visualization, stakeholder management, and process evolution. You will also act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
Requirements
- End-to-end operations: Manage daily program execution, including the tracking and reporting of partner activities.
- Financial stewardship: Oversee commissions, invoice approvals, and partner payouts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Data visualization: Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports that provide visibility into program performance.
- Stakeholder management: Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership and regional stakeholders.
- Process evolution: Support high-priority projects focused on operational scalability and process improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
