Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Hacker to help us scale smarter. You'll sit at the intersection of data, automation, marketing, and product — working closely with our Chief Growth Officer to design, build, and optimize growth engines across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- 3+ years in a growth, CRM, marketing ops, or automation role
- Strong grasp of data, funnels, segmentation, and experimentation
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom, Customer.io, etc.)
- Comfort working with APIs, no-code tools, and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Zapier, Make)
- Bonus: SQL, Python, or prompt engineering chops
- Even bigger bonus: Experience in fintech or regulated markets
