What will you be doing?
This role will have a focus on working with manufacturers in the toys, video games and home industries. The account specialist will focus on ensuring clients maximize the value they receive from subscribing to Circana’s products and services. This includes delivering timely, high quality, and accurate reporting and insights from Circana’s unique data sources to their assigned accounts.
Job Responsibilities
- Fulfilling client requests by utilizing Circana’s data sources and industry knowledge
- Resolving client issues and responding to questions
- Delivering insightful presentations to manufacturers
- Providing training and support, as needed, for Circana’s reporting and tools
- Preparing monthly industry and client specific reports
- Identifying opportunities to recommend Circana solutions to clients to help build their business
Requirements
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 0-1+ years of experience in client service, market research, sales, retail buying, finance, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency using PowerPoint and Excel with proven success in quantitative data pulling, formatting, analysis, and delivery of error-proof work
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- POS data experience is an asset
