Business Development Manager - International Lubricants Sales to support growth across Central Asia markets, with a strong focus on Industrial and Mining sectors.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Business Development or Strategic Sales within lubricants, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
  • Strong exposure to Industrial and Mining markets is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of lubrication solutions and application-based selling
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial opportunities
  • Strong track record working with distributor-led business models
  • Languages: English (mandatory), Russian (mandatory), German or Dutch (advantage)
