Integration Architect
Location: Remote (US & CA time zones preferred)

🧩 The Role
We are seeking a highly specialized and technically proficient Integration Architect to drive the success, adoption, and expansion of our asset operations platform within our most critical Enterprise customers.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting to the CTO. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience, acting as the technical authority for complex enterprise implementations.
You will be the technical and strategic anchor for our largest customers, responsible for architecting, building, deploying, validating, and scaling integrations that deliver measurable business value. This role owns the technical integrity of integrations from pre-sale scoping through post-sale execution and long-term optimization.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
Technical Architecture, Integration & Delivery
Design and Build Integrations: Architect, develop, and deploy custom integrations using APIs, workflow orchestration, and automation tools to solve complex customer requirements.
Custom Solution Development: Translate complex operational and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
API & System Integration: Design and implement deep integrations with customer systems such as ERP, Asset Management, ITSM, and other enterprise platforms.
Workflow Orchestration: Build and optimize workflows across systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Quality, Validation & Testing
Validate data flows, integration logic, and transformations to ensure accuracy and reliability
Implement error handling, monitoring, and edge-case handling
Test integrations end-to-end before and after deployment to ensure production readiness
Strategic Customer Engagement & Commercial Success
Enterprise Customer Ownership: Act as the primary technical partner for assigned enterprise customers, ensuring integrations support both current needs and future growth.
Implementation Success: Own the technical execution of enterprise implementations post-sale, ensuring delivery aligns with the agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW).
Sales Alignment & SOW Governance:
Partner with Sales and Customer Experience during pre-sale and scoping
Define, review, and formally approve technical SOWs to ensure feasibility, clarity, and delivery confidence prior to contract signature
Expansion & Value Creation: Identify opportunities for deeper integrations, new workflows, advanced reporting, and increased platform adoption within enterprise accounts.
Enterprise Insights: Deliver customized reporting, data insights, and integration-driven optimizations that unlock additional customer value.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Enablement
Product & Engineering Liaison: Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams, coordinating with Product and Engineering to remove blockers and influence roadmap decisions.
Standardization & Knowledge Transfer:
Capture learnings from enterprise implementations
Contribute to standardized use cases, integration patterns, and implementation playbooks
Help raise the overall technical maturity of enterprise delivery
🧠 Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
Strong experience designing and building workflows in automation platforms and low-code environments
Proficiency with REST APIs, including authentication methods, debugging, and troubleshooting
Comfort working with JSON, data mapping, and transformation logic
Basic working knowledge of JavaScript or Python for scripting, validation, or custom logic
Experience designing reliable integrations with robust error handling and monitoring
Product & Delivery Skills
Ability to break down complex systems and processes into scalable, maintainable solutions
Experience leading technical discovery, gathering requirements, and documenting workflows and architectures
Strong understanding of delivery best practices for enterprise implementations
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, testing, and long-term reliability
Customer & Communication Skills
Comfortable leading customer-facing technical conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to clearly explain architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and constraints
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Sales
Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior technical leaders and executive stakeholders

Senior-Level Experience: 4+ years in a senior technical integration, solutions architecture, professional services, or consulting role within a SaaS environment
Enterprise-Focused: Proven experience working with large, complex enterprise customers and long implementation cycles
