Key Outcomes

  • Fill 4–8 roles per quarter, managing a minimum of 4 unique pipelines at a time.
  • Build diverse pipelines that include candidates from a variety of underrepresented communities.
  • Maintain an average time-to-fill of 65 days or less.
  • Ensure high data integrity across Greenhouse, Google Drive, and the team roadmap and strategically use data to provide guidance and insights to our team and your hiring teams.

The most important core competencies for the role are:

  • Recruiting Expertise: You’re skilled at full-cycle tech recruiting, including market research and sourcing, structured interviewing, bias mitigation and pipeline management. You closely partner with hiring teams to map out requirements and shape overall recruiting strategy. You balance strategy with implementation, and you use data to support your plans and recommendations.
  • Learning Mindset: You approach your work, your colleagues, and all ideas with openness and curiosity. You embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to learn, testing and experimenting with ease and pivoting confidently in response to new information. You lean into AI in recruiting and are excited to explore new AI use cases.
  • Ownership: You take full ownership of your work — from role scoping and thought partnership to the hands-on tasks required to drive recruiting results. The boundaries around your area of responsibility are flexible – you’ll coordinate interviews when needed, fine-tune job descriptions, and strategically push so momentum doesn’t slow down. You find the balance of when to be scrappy and when to push for rigor.
  • Collaboration: You build trust with stakeholders by establishing clarity early and communicating proactively and clearly throughout the process. You involve others thoughtfully to create transparency and momentum. You share your thinking, methods, and insights generously to upskill teammates and drive better outcomes. You foster strong connections within your team and with cross-functional partners, leading with empathy, clarity, and a spirit of partnership.
  • Operational Excellence: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven. You excel at prioritization and can balance competing demands across multiple open roles. You move quickly without sacrificing candidate experience or hiring quality. You keep processes, stakeholders, and timelines on track, proactively surface risks, and drive clear next steps.

Target experience:

  • 5+ years of full cycle tech recruiting experience (in software engineering, product design and/or product management)
  • Significant experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools for deep candidate research and sourcing

Nice to have

  • Experience as in-house recruiter
  • Experience working on a smaller Talent team with more limited resources
  • Experience working in a scaling tech company
  • Experience hiring senior engineers in Mexico and/or Argentina

Here are examples of how our company values show up on the Talent team:

  • Openness: We are ambassadors for our open platform. We are open to a wide diversity of perspectives and backgrounds in our hiring practices. We approach every candidate and stakeholder conversation with curiosity and respect. We challenge our own assumptions to better assess talent, their experiences, and their potential.
  • Candor: We communicate with honesty, empathy, and transparency throughout the hiring process. We provide clear feedback and we engage in candid conversations with hiring partners to challenge biases and uphold recruiting best practices.
  • Connection: We invest in meaningful, authentic relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and each other. We build trust through consistent communication and create a welcoming experience that reflects our culture of belonging and collaboration.
  • Responsibility: We hold ourselves accountable for delivering a great experience to candidates and hiring partners. The boundaries around our area of responsibility are flexible, and we step up wherever needed to drive hiring forward. We proactively identify challenges and offer solutions to drive results.
  • Ambition: We recognize the urgency of building high-performing teams to accomplish our mission. We set bold hiring goals, challenge the status quo in our processes, and continuously innovate to attract and retain exceptional talent.
