The most important core competencies for the role are:
- Recruiting Expertise: You’re skilled at full-cycle tech recruiting, including market research and sourcing, structured interviewing, bias mitigation and pipeline management. The boundaries around your area of responsibility are flexible – you’ll coordinate interviews when needed, fine-tune job descriptions, and strategically push so momentum doesn’t slow down. You find the balance of when to be scrappy and when to push for rigor.
