Requirements

- Collaborate with senior leads and managers to report trends, enforcement challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct content audits, reviewing moderation decisions to maintain consistency and identify gaps.
- Act as a point of escalation, addressing team concerns and facilitating resolutions to complex moderation issues.
