CentroBill is a global fintech company with over 13 years of industry experience, helping merchants accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and alternative payment methods. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales Organization and support merchant acquisition, deal execution, and end-to-end onboarding processes. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales leadership team, supporting pipeline operations, documentation flow, and merchant onboarding across multiple markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in fintech sales operations, gain hands-on experience in payments, and grow within a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in managing the full deal lifecycle from signed agreement to merchant activation
  • Coordinate merchant onboarding processes
  • Facilitate exchange and processing of commercial agreements with merchants and partners
  • Maintain and update CRM pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales organization
  • Support Sales Managers and Business Development leadership with deal execution tasks
  • Prepare and organize sales documentation and reporting materials

Required skills:

  • 2+ years of experience working in fintech industry
  • Experience working with various SaaS and CRM software (Pipedrive)
  • Good understanding of the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
  • Experience in sales is a big plus
  • Excellent English: spoken and written both (other languages are a bonus)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Open-minded, quick learner, easy to adapt to the ever-changing payment ecosystem
