About the Role:
Job Title: Candidate Sourcer
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible (may be required to work on Pacific Time)
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Salary Range: up to 2,000 USD per month (depending on experience and skill set, with opportunities for pay adjustment as the business is scaling up quickly)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, diverse sourcing tools, and innovative strategies to identify potential candidates online effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration of identified candidates into Lever for optimized recruitment processes.
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team, actively participate in calibration sessions, and maintain open communication channels throughout the hiring cycle.
- Flexibility to assist with operational tasks including offsite planning, appointment scheduling, data collection, and managing agency relationships to boost team efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a sourcing specialist or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Google Workspace, CRM, ATS, and project management tools.
- Extensive expertise in passive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Behance, Github, and other niche platforms.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
