As a Technical Product Analyst, you will be the connective tissue between our product organization and the data that drives its decisions. You will own measurement and reporting across the product lifecycle, from evaluating the impact of new feature launches to tracking the KPIs that define success across Carrot's member journey.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics engineering, and member outcomes. You will partner closely with Product Management, Product and Engineering Leadership, the Data team, and the Outcomes team to ensure our product decisions are grounded in rigorous, trustworthy analysis. You will also serve as an analytical advisor for our member survey infrastructure, shaping how we collect, structure, and interpret experience data through Qualtrics.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating reporting dashboards, writing SQL queries, collaborating to define key metrics, and advising on a survey instrument that produces member outcomes data.

The Team:

In this role, you’ll operate as an embedded member of the Data team within the Product organization, working closely with both groups. Key stakeholders include product management, product and engineering leadership, and the member outcomes team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related role within a technology or digital health company.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and dbt for integrating data across multiple platforms, and in implementing CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize product metrics, including funnel and engagement metrics, clinical and business outcomes, and operational metrics.
  • Experience with the full product launch measurement lifecycle from pre-launch baseline setting through post-launch impact analysis.
  • Strong data communication skills; ability to distill complex analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with survey methodology and experience working with survey platforms to structure data for analysis.
  • Comfortable with independently managing a shifting workload and making progress before all information is available. Proactive about communicating priorities, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with enterprise data teams and product stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital health, fertility, women's health, or healthcare technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey design, data export configuration, and integration with analytics infrastructure.
  • Advanced proficiency with Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experiment design principles, including statistical significance and power analysis.
  • Experience working on member- or patient-facing digital products where outcome measurement is intertwined with engagement analytics.
  • Strong point of view on what makes a great metrics framework and the ability to advocate for it across teams with competing perspectives.

Compensation:

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $120,000- $140,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.

Carrot Fertility's customers, whether they are employers or individuals, often face significant challenges when navigating the complexities of fertility care and family-building. These journeys can be emotionally taxing, financially burdensome, and incredibly confusing due to the sheer volume of information and the deeply personal nature of the decisions involved. Many individuals and couples struggle with the high costs of treatments like IVF or egg freezing, which are often not adequately covered by traditional health insurance. They may also find it difficult to access reliable, expert guidance tailored to their specific needs, including support for adoption, surrogacy, or LGBTQ+ family-building paths. Furthermore, the process can feel isolating, with a lack of understanding or support in the workplace and society at large. This is why Carrot Fertility was founded: to provide comprehensive, inclusive, and accessible fertility and family-forming benefits.

Our customers are looking for solutions that simplify this complex landscape, offer financial relief, and provide compassionate, expert support every step of the way. Carrot Fertility addresses these needs by partnering with employers to offer a flexible benefits program that covers a wide range of services, from fertility preservation and treatments to adoption and gestational carrier services, as well as lifelong hormonal health support, including menopause and low testosterone. We empower our members by providing personalized care navigation, access to a global network of vetted clinics and specialists, and a user-friendly platform with educational resources. For employers, the challenge lies in attracting and retaining top talent while managing healthcare costs and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. By offering Carrot, companies demonstrate a commitment to their employees' overall well-being, supporting diverse paths to parenthood and family life. This not only helps employees feel valued and supported but also contributes to a more productive and engaged workforce. Our goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of age, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or geography, has the resources and support they need to build their families and manage their hormonal health with confidence and dignity.
