We witnessed firsthand their dedication to volunteerism and community support, which inspired us to channel our expertise towards this sector. This newfound passion led to the creation of Arkalytics, our fully-hosted data management and analytics platform specifically designed for credit unions. Our team posed a fundamental question: 'How can we advance data maturity for a credit union in a faster, cheaper, and better way?' The answer was to develop a credit union-specific data model, complemented by over 20 dashboards and reports to address the day-to-day business challenges faced by these institutions.
