The Implementation Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of the Cornerstone platform for the Learning Frameworks 2.0 program. This includes configuration, integration, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of multiple government departments and complies with public sector standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Cornerstone LMS in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Relevant Cornerstone implementation certification
- Strong understanding of LMS configuration, user management, content workflows, and reporting.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as MCSE
- In-depth experience of design, implementation, and management of relevant technology stacks
- Strong technical knowledge of architecture, operations, and security of relevant technology stacks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
