Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Several years of experience in roles operating at the seam between partner engineering, platform engineering, and product
- Experience building developer platforms, not just evangelizing them
- Technical depth on the modern AI platform stack, including MCP, tool-use, agentic API design, and tradeoffs
- Ability to move fluidly between product roadmap conversations, system design discussions, and partner negotiations
- Strong communication skills, with ability to resolve misalignments by writing clearly
- Experience working in heterogeneous product stacks that move fast
- Hands-on experience shipping or integrating with MCP (Anthropic, OpenAI, Copilot, or Gemini flavours)
- Strong TypeScript skills, with comfort across front-end (React) and server-side JavaScript
- Ability to read and understand Java backend code
- Track record of turning ambiguous partner signal into crisp engineering decisions
