What you will do:
Design and build AI Agentic systems as part of complex, production-grade platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and technical direction across the full lifecycle, from early exploration to production.
Lead and influence system and architecture discussions while ensuring AI solutions are scalable, reliable, performant, and maintainable in the long term.
Act as a trusted technical advisor by challenging assumptions, framing problems clearly, and proposing well-reasoned engineering solutions rather than simply executing tasks.
Work hands-on across both backend and frontend, with primary ownership of backend systems.
Collaborate confidently in a customer-facing, multi-vendor environment and strengthen our expert positioning through strong technical credibility and clear communication.
Experience and skills you need to join us:
Strong full-stack experience withNodeJSand TypeScript.
At least 1 year of experience in an AI Engineering role.
Experience with AI Agentic technologies, architectures, and best practices.
Understanding of RAG, Multi-Agent concepts, MCP Servers, and LLM-based systems.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs/SDKs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
Practical experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, REST APIs, and database integration.
Senior-level software engineering experience with a strong focus on system design and overall architecture.
Ability to designAI-driven systems as part of broader enterprise architectures.
Strong problem-framing skills and confidence to challenge designs and requirements constructively.
Comfort working directly with client engineers and stakeholders in an enterprise, multi-vendor setup.
Fluency in English (Polish is a plus).
It would be great if you also have:
Basic knowledge of machine learning principles.
Ability to read and understand Python code.
Experience with React.
Experience with model fine-tuning, distillation, or LLM evaluation.
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Experience with graph databases or Voice Agent frameworks (e.g. Pipecat).
Language-agnostic mindset with comfort across multiple stacks (Java is a strong plus).
Experience supporting or mentoring other engineers.
