Role & Responsibilities:

As an Implementation Specialist at Canibuild, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers. Your primary responsibilities include:

1. Account walkthrough and Assistance:

· Provide detailed walkthroughs to new customers, guiding them through the account setup process.

· Assist customers in implementing Canibuild, addressing and questions or concerns they may have.

2. Communication and Expectation Management:

· Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations to customers and key stakeholders.

· Educate customers on Canibuild’s capabilities and best practices, simplifying adoption and aligning expectations.

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

· Record customer implementation needs, requests, and inquiries in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with customer success, sales, business development, IT, and finance teams to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to customer onboarding.

5. Feedback Utilization:

· Leverage customer feedback to derive continuous improvement within our onboarding process.

· Work closely with teams to implement enhancements based on customer’s suggestions.

6. Customer Understanding;

· Develop a deep understanding of our customer’s business and operational objectives.

· Use this understanding to tailor the implementation process to meet individual customer needs.

7. Proactive Customer Engagement:

· Proactively listen to customer feedback and ask clarifying questions to ensure the optimum use of the Canibuild app.

· Address any issues or concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

8. Relationship Building:

· Establish and nurture strong relationships with new customers and other stakeholders.

· Ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey with Canibuild.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

· Proven experience in customer implementation or a related role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with CRM systems.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
