We operate over 88 branches across 25 governorates in Egypt, supported by a network of more than 600 dealers and distributors, four main warehouses, and 75 authorized service centers. This extensive reach allows us to bring quality products from renowned brands like Braun, Ariston, Miele, and Apple to a wide customer base. A pivotal moment in our history was the 2016 partnership with Development Partners International (DPI), a UK private equity group, which acquired a 33.3% stake in B.TECH. This collaboration enabled us to enhance our supply chain and IT infrastructure, introduce new products, and further solidify our market position. Our online payment operations are facilitated by Fawry Banking & Payment Technology Services Ltd., offering customers convenient payment options.
