We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement & Community Manager to lead our daily engagement efforts across platforms. In this role, you’ll do more than just manage comments—you’ll spark conversations, foster relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand voice and values.

Job Highlights:
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday between 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM UK time ( 4hours per day/20 hours per week)
- Direct reporting to business owner
- Access to and management of client’s social media accounts
- Responsibility for all engagement-related activities across social platforms
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media engagement across all platforms
- Execute follow/unfollow strategies to grow account presence
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Initiate and maintain conversations with followers to build relationships
- Engage with relevant accounts to increase brand visibility
- Ensure no comments or engagement opportunities are missed
- Support algorithm optimization through strategic engagement activities
- Maintain brand voice and tone in all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media engagement and community management
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
- Experience working in relevant time zones
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Previous experience with coaching or personal development brands preferred
