Senior Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement backend solutions.
  
• Participate in architectural and design discussions to shape future system evolution.
  
• Develop and deliver robust, maintainable features based on user stories and requirements.
  
• Work on integrations and workflows that support client-facing operations and data management.
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  
• Expertise in .NET (C#) and related libraries, including Entity Framework.
  
• Strong background in SQL, including query writing and performance optimization.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with scheduled team collaboration.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with workflow systems or processes automation platforms.
  
• Familiarity with distributed architectures such as microservices.
  
• Exposure to DevOps practices or working within cloud environments like AWS or Azure.
