SOC Team Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive SOC Team Lead to help us build and launch our new SOC-as-a-Service offering. This role will be responsible for assembling a lean, effective security operations team and validating our business case as we grow. You'll shape the team's structure, define key processes, and work hands-on to ensure we deliver top-notch security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and setup of our SOC team from the ground up.

• Define team roles and responsibilities, and recruit initial team members.

• Develop and validate operational processes, including monitoring, incident response, and client communication.

• Ensure the SOC meets high standards of service and aligns with client needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a SOC or cybersecurity leadership role.

• Strong background in incident response, threat detection, and team management.

• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a startup-like environment.

• This role is a foundational position and will play a key part in shaping our SOC-as-a-Service offering from the ground up.

• The position is suited for someone comfortable working in a lean, hands-on environment, combining technical leadership with business thinking.
