We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily scheduling operations for a busy cleaning service company. The ideal candidate will ensure all jobs are properly assigned, organized, and completed on time resulting in smooth operations, satisfied clients, and optimal use of staff resources.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional accent
  • Proven scheduling or workforce coordination experience
  • Ability to handle pressure, fast-paced changes, and urgent scheduling needs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with scheduling/workforce management software (preferred)
  • Ability to coordinate with remote or field-based teams
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
