Are you a motivated sales pro who thrives on closing warm leads and helping customers find solutions that truly make a difference? We're looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Schedule Options:

Monday – Friday, either 8 AM – 4 PM MST or 9 AM – 5 PM MST


What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be the first point of contact for warm leads who have already expressed interest in our pest control services by submitting a quote request. Your job is to:
- Call and text these leads promptly
- Understand their needs and explain our services clearly
- Sell the right pest control package with confidence and care
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our system


Requirements

What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (especially phone sales)
- Experience in home services preferred
- Pest control experience? Big bonus!
- Clear communicator with strong persuasion skills
- Self-driven, organized, and coachable
