Role Name: QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • 40 hours/week, US Eastern Time business hours

  • Work Schedule: MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9 TO 5 EASTERN TIME


Client Timezone: US Eastern Time (EST)

Join a dynamic construction and property development organization as a key member of their financial and administrative team. This exciting dual role combines professional bookkeeping responsibilities with virtual assistant duties, offering variety and growth potential. You'll be supporting multiple business entities and development projects, making this an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise in real estate and construction accounting. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and attention to detail to help drive business efficiency and growth.

Scope:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Direct reporting to business owner

  • Supporting multiple business entities and development projects

  • Remote position with regular communication requirements

  • Combination of bookkeeping (primary) and administrative (secondary) duties

  • Performance measured by task completion and accuracy

  • Regular availability during US Eastern Time business hours

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping functions across multiple business entities

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Maintain accurate financial records for property development projects

  • Assist with administrative tasks when not focused on bookkeeping duties

  • Provide regular updates and reports on work progress

  • Support general business operations as needed

  • Follow established deadlines and timeframes for task completion


Requirements
:

  • QuickBooks certification (mandatory)

  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent

  • Available to work US Eastern Time business hours

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative support

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
