This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Central Time (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the United States to generate interest in telecom services
- Pitch and explain the benefits of switching telephone or internet services to potential clients
- Obtain and analyze current telecom invoices from prospects
- Set appointments for further discussions or on-site visits
- Close sales deals when possible or transfer qualified leads to closers
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the provided CRM system
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, experience in the telecommunications industry is a MUST
- Excellent communication skills with a strong phone presence
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to telecom services
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to work
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Fluent English speaker with a neutral accent
