About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive engagement, conversions, and business growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives, manage budgets for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS), and generate clear, actionable performance reports. This is a remote position with flexibility in working hours, but we require some daily overlap with Sydney, Australia time for team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, Meta pixel implementation, and retargeted strategies.
- Execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing clear insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads platform updates, trends, and best practices.
- Align paid social efforts with the broader marketing strategy and business goals.
- Produce regular campaign reports with detailed insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or in a similar paid social media advertising role.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Meta’s advertising ecosystem.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaboration.
- Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week), with some daily overlap with Sydney, Australia time.
