We are Ventana Micro Systems, and since our founding in 2018, we've been driven to revolutionize the processor market. Our focus is on offering high-performance, extensible, and secure compute chiplets based on the open RISC-V architecture. We are passionate about enabling customer innovation in the realm of high-performance computing. We achieve this by developing some of the world's highest performance CPUs and providing the option to take them in chiplet form for rapid productization. This approach is combined with the ability to customize solutions, allowing customer workloads to be accelerated far beyond what could be achieved with an off-the-shelf CPU. Our designs are easily leveraged for use in custom platform solutions through the use of open standards, such as the RISC-V architecture for our CPUs and UCIe/BoW die-to-die interconnects that work with our ecosystem of chiplet partners.

Our core team is comprised of industry veterans with a proven track record of delivering data center-class processors. In fact, our founding team includes the pioneers behind the world's first 64-bit high-performance Arm processor that went into data centers. With an average of over twenty years of experience developing CPUs, our team has worked on all major ISAs, including x86, Arm, Power, MIPS, and SPARC. This deep expertise allows us to push the boundaries of RISC-V performance. We are proud to hold many leadership positions within key technical committees in RISC-V International, lending our experience to ensure RISC-V readiness for high-performance processing. We are committed to delivering data center-class CPUs with extensible instruction sets, available as multi-core chiplets or core IPs. These are intended for a wide array of applications, including the cloud, enterprise data centers, hyperscale, 5G, edge computing, AI/ML, and automotive markets. Our technology supports productization and domain-specific acceleration, utilizing an ecosystem of RISC-V architecture and chiplet interfaces. We believe our modular, scalable chiplet-based product strategy enables rapid productization with a significant reduction in development time and cost compared to prevailing IP models.
