This is a remote position.
We’re looking for someone with a medical background—whether that’s in nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology—along with previous experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service. Strong phone etiquette and professional communication are a must, as well as a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance. If you're tech-savvy and can easily learn to navigate new software, you’ll thrive in this role. - Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 7PM–11PM; Optional Saturday: 6PM–10PM; Optional Sunday: 10AM–7PM
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls during evening and weekend hours
- Schedule consultations (both in-person and virtual)
- Book appointments for existing clients
- Provide information about available aesthetic services
- Navigate and maintain accurate records in practice CRM system
- Convert inquiries into scheduled consultations
- Respond to basic questions about services and pricing
- Handle approximately 20-25 calls per weekend day
Requirements
- Medical background (nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology preferred)
- Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- HIPAA compliance knowledge
- Ability to learn and navigate practice management/CRM software
- Excellent multitasking abilities
