This is a remote position.
Schedule:
• Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day• Monday - Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM QLD, Australia time (or 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Manila time)
• With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Company/client overview:The client is an occupational therapy business with the following key characteristics:
Company has been operating for 5-6 years
Previously focused on face-to-face services with inbound marketing lead generation
Now focusing on outbound sales and outreach for new products
Responsibilities:• Contact Queensland childcare centres from the provided lead list (1,400+ contacts)
• Verify centres’ eligibility for government funding for professional development
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and occupational therapists
• Generate and research new leads (approximately 50% of the time)
• Send information packets to interested centres
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Conduct follow-up calls with prospects
• Build rapport with childcare centre staff and managers
Requirements
• Background in early childhood education is strongly preferred• Experience working with Australian business clients is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a neutral accent
• Ability to understand and articulate educational challenges and solutions
• Professional phone manner and strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work during Australian business hours
