Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sophisticated clientele, handling communications with confidence and professionalism
- Manage executive calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth scheduling operations
- Drive social media presence across LinkedIn and Facebook platforms, creating and curating engaging content
- Conduct research and develop content for blogs and marketing materials
- Process incoming leads and coordinate follow-up communications
- Support business operations during peak tax season
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive client information
- Coordinate across multiple business entities as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in executive assistance or similar role
- Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills with a neutral, professional accent
- Demonstrated experience managing high-net-worth client relationships
- Proficiency with social media management and content creation
- Experience with VoIP phone systems
- Strong research and writing capabilities
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Available during Eastern Time business hours
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Flexible availability during tax season (January-April)
