Job Description

We’re seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a successful business professional. This role combines traditional personal assistance with high-level business support, requiring someone who understands the nuances of working with distinguished clients. Starting as a part-time position with clear growth potential, you’ll manage everything from sophisticated travel arrangements to confidential document handling, while potentially expanding into business recruitment and operations support. This position offers the unique opportunity to grow with the role while working in an environment that demands discretion, attention to detail, and premium service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute premium travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries that meet exacting standards
  • Manage confidential documentation including financial statements, passports, and sensitive business materials
  • Process and oversee various payments and financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
  • Handle time-sensitive administrative tasks and schedule management
  • Provide regular updates and detailed task completion reports
  • Support future business expansion initiatives including potential recruitment activities
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality while handling personal and business information
  • Collaborate with other professional service providers to ensure seamless support
  • Handle visa applications and related documentation.
  • Manage insurance claims and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting high-profile business professionals or executives
  • MUST HAVE WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
  • Exceptional English communication skills with clear pronunciation and professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated expertise in luxury travel coordination and high-end service delivery
  • Track record of handling confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks and security clearances
  • Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration tools
  • Flexibility to potentially increase hours as the role expands
  • Professional presence and ability to interact with high-level contacts
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and initiative-taking mindset
