This is a remote position.
Schedule:
25 hours/week, Monday to Friday 1 PM to 6 PM but can be a bit flexible
Client Timezone: AEST (Melbourne, Australia)
Responsibilities:
Download and organize project documentation from various systems regarding existing infrastructure (water mains, gas mains, telecommunications)
Create and maintain organized folder structures in Google Drive and OneDrive for project documentation
Process and register daily equipment safety check forms from field operations
Download and compile timesheet data into spreadsheets for payroll processing
Support project documentation delivery to clients through shared drive management
Download and organize field operation forms and maintain tracking registers
Pre-populate quoting templates for sales inquiries
Process pre-quoting activities from the estimating email inbox
Update progress spreadsheets for client communication
Primary focus on back-office administrative support
No direct customer interaction required
Reporting to Operations Manager
Supporting construction project documentation management
Flexibility to potentially expand role responsibilities over time
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Proficiency with cloud storage systems (Google Drive, OneDrive)
Experience with spreadsheet management and data entry
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Basic understanding of business documentation processes
Comfortable with multiple software systems and platforms
