Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; 7 AM to 3 pm Monday-Friday (30 minute lunch break that is unpaid)

Job Description

As our Digital Marketing & Design Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms. This position offers a unique blend of creative and technical responsibilities, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our visual identity through clean, simple designs while contributing to our marketing strategies. The role offers significant learning opportunities, including potential exposure to advanced digital marketing techniques and paid advertising. Working directly with the founder, you’ll have the chance to make meaningful contributions to our growth while developing your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities
  • Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram, with potential expansion to TikTok
  • Design clean, visually appealing graphics using Canva for email marketing campaigns and social media
  • Organize and maintain digital assets to improve workflow efficiency
  • Support product listing optimization through keyword research and content enhancement
  • Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
  • Help implement and manage new project management tools to improve team communication
  • Coordinate with the Amazon team on listing updates and content management
  • Contribute to monthly content planning and strategy development
  • Assist in admin tasks as directed by management
  • Participate in organizing and streamlining digital asset management systems
  • Support the development of email marketing templates and campaigns


Requirements

  • Proven experience with Canva and a strong eye for clean, simple design
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) preferred
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining brand consistency
  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to work fixed hours (9am-1pm GMT/BST) Monday-Friday
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills and growing with the company
  • Portfolio of design work showcasing clean, simple aesthetic preferred
