Job Description

As our dedicated Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming compelling raw footage into engaging social media content that reaches audiences across multiple international markets. Working directly with an in-house creative team, you’ll manage and optimize content across various social platforms, turning professional fitness and educational content into engaging social media posts that drive audience growth and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the social media strategy of a growing global brand while working with state-of-the-art content creation tools and techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Transform raw video footage into engaging social media content using industry-standard tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Manage and coordinate content posting across multiple Instagram accounts and TikTok platforms
  • Create and optimize short-form video content, including reels and TikToks, from existing long-form content
  • Develop and maintain posting schedules across multiple time zones to maximize engagement
  • Engage with audience comments and messages to build community engagement
  • Identify and connect with relevant influencers to expand brand reach
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide strategic insights for content optimization
  • Support YouTube channel growth through content adaptation and management
  • Generate regular performance reports to track social media success
  • Collaborate with the in-house videography team to ensure content alignment with brand strategy

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Strong proficiency in video editing tools, particularly Canva and CapCut
  • Demonstrated expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platform management
  • Experience in creating and implementing successful social media strategies
  • Strong English communication skills with ability to adapt tone for different markets
  • Proven track record of growing social media engagement and following
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Ability to work UK business hours
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of fitness industry preferred but not required
