Scope:
20-34 hours per week
Remote position
Email-based communication (no phone calls required)
Direct reporting to organization leadership
Flexible schedule within business hours
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office suite and Excel
Manage and maintain Salesforce database
Handle email communications with customers and stakeholders
Assist with social media management
Support general administrative tasks and operations
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Handle document preparation and management
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Strong written communication skills in English
Social media platform knowledge
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Experience with digital collaboration tools
