  • Drive the strategy for Document Generation: Own the systems that produce policy documents, endorsements, notices, and customer communications, and leveraging AI to speed template creation
  • Incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback: Actively gather and analyze customer feedback, as well as input from internal stakeholders, to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements
  • User-centric design: Conduct "a-day-in-the-life" exercises, customer interviews, and other “on-the-ground” knowledge and feedback discovery to gain insights into user workflows, pain points, and needs, and use this knowledge to drive improvements in product usability and efficiency
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Continuous improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and driving iterative enhancements to policies and billing features based on user feedback and market trends
