We are seeking Admissions Associates to join our Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to move from a retail to office environment for those who are willing to learn claims, billing and insurance processing.
Pharmacy Technician experience and/or knowledge of pharmaceuticals is a strong preference.
This is a remote position. Applicants can live anywhere within the continental USA.

Responsibilities
- Insures completion of necessary information from entry sheet and medication orders for data entry and account setup in Framework system. Review and route documents through Docutrak system to appropriate department
- Verifies payers and demographic information. Where applicable, fill in gaps in demographic information
- Works with internal and external customers to resolve assigned accounts. Productivity records will be maintained
- Works with Admissions Director/Supervisor in researching pharmacy accounts requiring special attention and taking all necessary action to ensure accuracy of data being entered
- Works with Admissions Director/Supervisor and other members of the management team on special projects as needed
- Performs other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Required: 1-year data entry experience
- Desired: 1-year billing and/or collections experience, or 1-year experience in the healthcare industry
- Required: 10-Key by touch, data entry, MS Excel and Word and basic computer knowledge
