Requirements
- Proven Leadership: 3–5+ years leading teams in agency and/or contact center environments, driving performance and engagement.
- Insurance Sales & Carrier Expertise: Strong background in personal lines insurance with deep knowledge of multiple carriers, products, processes and state guidelines.
- Coaching & Development: Skilled in guiding teams through sales flows, creating growth plans, and empowering success.
