Box is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support the most strategic customers and enable them to maximize their use of Box's platform. The ideal candidate has experience in technical support, account management, and problem-solving, with a strong understanding of cloud content management and a track record of growth and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical support experience or equivalent account management experience
  • Ability to resolve problems at a tactical and strategic level
  • High growth rate and ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • SQL knowledge
  • API experience (optional)
