The Transmission Control (TC) department develops cutting-edge solutions for transmission and suspension control units, and we're looking for a Software Architect to join our team in Budapest, Hungary.

Requirements

  • Design and develop sophisticated system architectures for transmission and suspension control units
  • Define and maintain software architecture in line with industry standards (AUTOSAR, ASPICE, Functional Safety)
  • Create customer-specific software solutions for automotive applications
  • Derive software requirements, drivers, and quality goals from system-level concepts
  • Identify technical constraints and support project feasibility decisions
  • Make architectural decisions and ensure proper documentation and communication
  • Collaborate with international and cross-functional development teams
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Strong experience in software architecture design
  • Solid programming skills in C/C++ and experience with MATLAB/Simulink
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance
  • Analytical mindset with structured and independent working style
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Proficiency in English
